To make this San Mai blade I forge welded 1095 (core steel) and Damascus steel.
The blade was etched with ferric chloride and coffe. 
13/16 (around 21.5 mm wide), 1/2 hollow, the edge is around 67 mm long.
Scales made of blonde horn.  
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least twice, a great shaver.
