I made this razor based on the design of the Hoshi Tombo 6500. To make this blade I forge welded Damascus steel and 1095 (core steel). 
22.5 mm wide (7/8), the edge is 6.3 cm long, 1/2 hollow. Scales made of African blackwood with an ivory spacer. 
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least twice, an excellent shaver.
