I forged this blade from a canister Damascus billet made with 1084 powder steel, a  bike lock cable and 1095 (the steel on the edge). 13/16 (21.5 mm wide), half hollow. The handle is made of camel bone with a brass pin.
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
