To make this blade, I forge welded 12 layers of 1095 and 15n20, then I forged the blank, everything made by hand with a 2 pounds hammer.
The blade is 28.5 mm wide (9/8) and the edge 67 mm long, 1/2 hollow.
Scales made of lime G10, micarta (liners) and stabilized burl (spacer).
It comes  shave ready. Price includes a free sharpening service.   
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
