To make this blade, I forge welded 12 pieces, 1/16 thick,  of 1095 and 15n20.  Then I cut the steel plate lengthwise,  put the two halves together and forge welded again to get a plate of 24 layers. From this plate I got two forged blanks and with one of them I made this razor. Everything was made by hand with a two pound hammer. 
The blade is 30 mm wide (19/16), the spine is 7.5 mm thick, the edge is 75 mm long. Scales were made of stabilized maple burl and blue G10. 
It comes shave ready. Price includes a free sharpening service. I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
