I forged this blade from and old Canadian file (W1 steel, around 1.0% C). I made the scales out of buffalo horn with G10 liners. 
The blade is 26 mm wide (8/8), the edge is 73 mm long,  1/2 hollow, near full. It comes  shave ready. Price includes a free sharpening service.   
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
