I forged this blade from and old canadian file (W1 steel, around 1.0% C). I made the scales out of ebony. 
The blade is 24.5 mm wide (15/16), 77 mm long,  1/4-1/2 hollow. It comes  shave ready. Price includes a free sharpening service.   
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
