I forged this blade from an old canadian file (W1/1095  steel). I made the scales out of stabilized masur birch burl with vulcanized fiber  liners.
The blade is 29.5 mm wide (19/16), the edge is 75 mm long,  half hollow (near full), the spine is 7.8 mm thick. It comes  shave ready. Price includes a free sharpening service.   
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
