I forged this blade from an old farrier file. I made the scales out of stabilized maple burl with G10 liners.
The blade is 29 mm wide (9/8), 77 mm long, 1/2 hollow, the spine is 8.0 mm thick. It comes  shave ready. Price includes a free sharpening service.   
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
