I forged this blade from a vintage canadian hand file (W1 or W2 steel, around 1% of carbon). I made the scales out of stabilized curly maple. 
The blade is 23.5 mm wide (7/8), and 75 mm long, near full hollow, the spine is 6.7 mm thick. It comes  shave ready. Price includes a free sharpening service.   
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
