To make this blade I forge welded 32 layers of 1084 steel.

I used the same procedure that I use when I make pattern-welded damascus blades but instead of using two different steels (1084 and 15n20) this time I used only 1084.

The result is a blade with no contrasting layers, only the lines of separation between layers are visible.

I also made a Hamon to add more contrast.

The blade was etched in coffe.

25 mm wide, near half hollow.

Scales made of carbon fiber with G10 liners.

I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
