To make this blade I forge welded small pieces of steel cable, 1084 steel (powder and a bar), and powder nickel.
The blade is approx 21.5 mm wide (13/16), near half hollow, the edge is 5.5 cm long.
Scales made out of purple heart, maple, African Blackwood, and cherry woods. 
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
