I made this blade from canister Damascus, forge welded by hand. I used powdered 1084 steel, 52100 ball bearing and bicycle chain links. Once I finished the welding, I started forging the blade from the billet you see in the picture.
17/16 (27mm wide), the edge is 7.5 cm long, the spine is 7.4 mm thick, HRC between 60 and 65. Scales made of stabilized burl with G10 liners.
It comes  shave ready. Price includes a free sharpening service.   
I test every blade I make, I have shaved with this razor at least once.
